Traditional Breed
The Traditional Breed herd is now managed in two sections with about 6 head managed in Carmarthenshire by Charles Smith and about 19 head managed in Suffolk by Owen Smith.
We have recently strengthened our traditional team with the purchase of the promising bull calf "Lower Eaton Commander" with the dam.
Probably one of the best traditional bulls living today "Heritage Benjamin" has been purchased to continue the work of further strengthing the hindquarters right across our herd. Benjamin is a grandson of "Westwood Postman", the last traditional bull to win the Royal Show and his dam is by "Crown Robert 2" who has consistently transmitted outstanding hindquarters.
